Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, with no credit card required to begin. You can explore the full workflow and run a real stream before you pay anything.

Refund window

If you are charged and decide StreamZop is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund of that payment.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account email with the charge date. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

What is not covered

Refunds apply to the most recent charge, not to prior billing periods you already used. We may decline repeated refund requests that appear to abuse this policy.
